Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 cup unsweetened plant based milk
- 1 serving Plant Protein V1.0 (gluten free protein powder chocolate)
- 1 tbsp Nut Butter (we used almond)
- 1 cup strawberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Honey
- Ice, optional
- Chopped almonds, optional to serve
Method
- Add ingredients to blender.
- Blend to desired consistency.
