Gluten Free Snickers Protein Balls

SERVES 10
INGREDIENTS

5 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 cup Peanuts
1/3 cup GF Athlete Chocolate Protein Powder
3 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Water
Pinch Sea Salt Flakes
Extra Peanuts, roughly chopped (for topping)

COATING
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp GF Athlete Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tsp Cacao Powder

METHOD

1. Blitz dates, peanuts, protein powder, peanut butter, cacao powder, water and
salt in a blender until combined.
2. Using both hands, roll/squish mixture into balls.
3. Combine peanut butter, honey, protein powder and cacao in a bowl.
4. Coat the balls in chocolate topping and dip into peanuts.
