Gluten Free Protein Mac N Cheese



250g Pulsa Pasta (We used GF Peas, Lentils, Chicpea & Beans penne)

1/4 Lemon, juiced

Fresh Parsley Leaves


1/2 cup Tasty Cheese, grated

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/3 cup Milk

1/4 cup Cashews

1 TSP Garlic Powder

1 TSP Onion Powder

1/2 TSP Salt

Pinch Pepper



1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions

2. In a food processor, blend all cheese sauce ingredients until smooth. 

3. Stir cheese sauce through cooked pasta. Squeeze lemon and stir through (option to add a splash of water for extra creaminess).

4. Serve and top with the fresh parsley leaves.
