Protein Banana Bread Mix

1. Mix 240g with 220mls Unsweetened Almond Milk and 50g Mashed Banana.

2. Mix until you have a smooth batter.

3. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200°C

4. Leave to cool before cutting

Protein Pancakes Mix

1. Mix 60g powder with 100-130mls Unsweetened Almond Milk (Start with less and add more liquid if batter is too thick).

2. Mix well until you have a smooth batter.

3. Pour pancake mix into a greased pan and cook until you see bubbles forming.

4. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
