Gluten Free High Protein Choc Chip Cookies

3⁄4 cup Chickpea Flour
1⁄2 cup Chocolate Chips (or chopped chocolate)
1/3 cup GF Athlete Chocolate Protein Powder
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Cacao Powder
1 Egg
1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
3 tbsp Milk
1⁄2 tsp Vanilla
Salt Flakes, optional garnish

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Combine chickpea flour, chocolate, protein powder, sugar and cacao powder in
a large bowl.
3. Add egg, oil, milk and vanilla to bowl and stir until mixture is combined.
4. Using heaped tablespoon dollops add cookie mixture to a lined baking tray.
5. Bake for 7-9 minutes and allow to cool on tray.
6. Enjoy topped with a sprinkle of salt flakes.
