Gluten Free Choc Quinoa Protein Porridge

SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup Quinoa, washed
1 cup Water
1⁄2 cup Plant Milk
1 tsp Maple Syrup, optional sweetness
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Nut Butter, to serve
Fresh Berries, to serve

METHOD
1. Add quinoa, water, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and cacao powder to a
saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 13 minutes or until
the liquid has absorbed. Fluff with a fork.
2. Add to a bowl and top with nut butter and berries.
