Gluten Free High Protein Brownies

SERVES 9
INGREDIENTS
1 and 1⁄4 cup Almond Meal
1/3 cup GF Athlete Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
1⁄2 cup Plant Milk
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
Toppings:
100g Chocolate, melted

METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a brownie tin.
2. In a bowl, combine almond meal, protein powder, cacao powder and baking
powder.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, olive oil, rice malt syrup and vanilla.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to combine.
5. Add mixture to brownie tin.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
7. Using the back of a spoon, top brownies with melted chocolate.
