Gluten Free Homemade Spinach Wraps

SERVES 2


INGREDIENTS
1 cup Chickpea Flour
1 cup Spinach
1/3 cup Water
Pinch Salt
Olive Oil, drizzled

METHOD
1. Add chickpea flour, spinach, water and salt in a blender. Blitz until combined and
smooth.
2.Heat a frying pan and drizzle with olive oil on a low heat.
3.Pour mixture on to pan and use a spatula to flip once lightly browned, proceed to
brown the opposite side (you will need to be gentle with the spatula to ensure
the wraps do not crack).
4.Serve with your favourite toppings.
